  • There was a Youtube file on mobile news banner, how can I play it?

    The Youtube file is played within the mobile news banner, and will not redirect you to another page.

  • Is the mobile news banner uploadable directly?

    This will require HTML coding, which is under the supervision of the designated subsidiary BPO. The uploading time will approx. take 1day. If the corresponding subsidiary wishes to upload the mobile news banner themselves, they can request for authorization from the designated subsidiary BPO for direct upload of the banner. After authorization, you can upload following the steps below.

  • Can we bulk upload users?

    There is an existing bulk upload template. After you fill out the template and send it to the designated subsidiary BPO, BPO will upload to the system.
    Template validation/uploading time will take 1 to 2 days.

  • Our country uses more than one language nationally, could we get our contents translated?

    The titles and the descriptions are supported multilingual.
    *After Activity creation, go to Edit > Optional > Configure general properties for your activity > Translated Properties > select the Language of your choice, and fill in the Name and description.

  • Can we create an activity or a banner to connect with Live Streaming/Samsung.com, Events, such as Unpack, and Flagship presentation?

    Yes, we can.

  • Can we bulk-upload Question and Question Bank?

    Yes, we can.
    *Please refer to Question bank & Question Import Guide down

  • Can the users check the answers they got wrong and correct from the test they took?

    You may set the review to be viewable for users.
    *Administration > Product Administration > Learning Activity > Select the Quick Assessment of your choice, Edit > Optional > Web Based Training’s Quick Assessment > Show result summary after users submit the assessment; Allow users to view details of their responses on the Review page after they submit. Checkbox check.

  • Can we add/delete questions while the test is taking place?

    If the test has already begun, no additional questions can be added but can be deleted.
    *Administration > Product Administration > On the Question Bank menu, select the desired Question Bank
    View Questions > Select the desired Question > Change to Archive status

  • How can we manage setting for Points?

    You can manage the Learning Points on the Learning Activity tab.

  • Do we get additional points for completing the Activity more than one time?

    After the activity points have been set, the user receives the points only one time on their first attempt to complete the activity.
